Thermoforming (2D and 3D) - maridur®

maridur^® offers the possibility to produce a range of radius parts up to 3D components according to your own ideas in a time saving and cost-efficient way. To do this, the material must be heated first, for example in a vacuum press. Then the material can be deep-drawn over the corresponding mould.
 
In collaboration with hardwood specialist Danzer, we were able to bend raw maridur^® boards and coat them with 3D-Veneer. This allows finally to create modern organic shapes with attractive wood surfaces. A new era in wood design!
